Q: My friend and I want to book the tour at 31/07. we have some questions about this tour: 1. Is Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 - the pick up and drop off points? 2. What is the pick up and drop off exact time? 3. Is the universal studios included or we have to add more money for it, and how much? Moreover, what about the transportation to the park? 4. If we don't take the optional tour in San Fransisco - will we have a transportaion to the hotel? 5. Is there any way to get a discount? Is AAA card gets a discount? thanks!

The tour will offer Chinatown as a pickup location, and can offer the same location as a drop off point. The pickup time is at 6:45 am and the drop off time is usually at 7:30 pm. The theme park tickets are included in the reservation price and all the transportation for the tour itinerary will be provided as part of the package. If you choose not to do the optional tour in San Francisco, you will still have transportation back to the hotel at the end of the day, but you have to coordinate your transportation with the tour guide in line with the tour group's itinerary. At the moment, we will not be able to offer AAA discounts.

Q: Do you offer hotel upgrades in Las Vegas for this tour? If yes, what hotels do you offer (please include their pricing)? As for the stay at Circus Circus, can you confirm that we aren't going to be assigned to a Manor Room? I've heard negative reviews about the Manor room. Is it possible to make requests as to the rooms at this hotel? Finally, I don't speak Chinese and I've found some reviews online where people said that most of the time the Chinese language was spoken on the tour. The tour accommodations in Las Vegas are arranged at the Circus Circus with no option to upgrade offered. You can place your request in the comments section when placing your order online about your room preference, but we will not be able to guarantee room requests. The tour will be conducted bilingually in both English and Chinese where the tour guide will do his best to conduct the tour equally in both languages.

Early check ins can be arranged as early as 11:00 am but are subject to hotel room availability. 1 carry on, and 2 check in pieces of luggage are allowed per traveler. Select all in the list but coming to the rooms select the max i can choose is quad for 4 pax. but i want 5 pax. If I clip on triple for 3 pax, then how about the next two pax. The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.Fire hazard restricitons are upon the many reasons the maximum occupancy is 4 in standard hotel rooms.
For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.

Also the hotel Comfort inn Cockatoo do have free shuttle service to airport. I have to check out at 1200 but my flight is at midnight. The Comfort Inn Cockatoo LAX does offer complimentary airport shuttles to/from the aiport.
You would need to contact the hotel directly to see if they provide services for you to leave your luggage until you are ready to use their shuttle service.

You would need to buy your own airfare from Washington to Los Angeles to join this tour.
2. If your children are able to be seated for long travel distances, your family should be ok.
3. The tour bus does have a restroom in the back for emergency purposes only.
The tour bus will stop frequently to allow guests to stretch and get a rest break.
4. Yes, your 3 year old son would require a ticket. Children ages range from 2-9 years of age.
Any child above 9 years of age is considered an adult for this tour.
